Snapshots of Joy: Season Ticket Memories at FedEx Field

What an interesting and awesome opportunity! As part of our season ticket plan, we were afforded the chance to take holiday photos at different locations around Fedex Field.

Overall, the set up was very organized. There was lots of staff located around the concourse and roped off paths to make it hard to get lost. There were 3 different locations for photos including a themed holiday set, we opted for a very Commanders Christmas. In addition, we were able to go onto the sideline for a photo op with the Commanders logos placed on the 50 yard line. Next stop was the locker room, which was definitely my favorite! We got photos with all 5 of the franchiseā€™s championship rings, any and all of the players lockers, even though they were empty, and a 360 degree video shoot. Also, the Commanders were nice enough to provide free chips, cookies and bottled water.

While this all seemed like a dream day, I do have one big issue with the shoots. The photographers seemed knowledgable, but only focused on getting everyone to look at the camera. They snapped 2-4 photos and sent us on our way. They were all friendly, but as a mom with a toddler Iā€™m a little bummed that they didnā€™t at least try to get our kiddo to smile. That being said, I didnā€™t feel rushed and there wasnā€™t a lot of people crowding up each photo location. Also, the wait times were short, if there was a wait.

This is probably my favorite season ticket perk weā€™ve gotten so far, seeing as season ticket gifts are only for renewals. Although Iā€™m still excited to see how these photos turn out, we have family field day and a trick-or-treat event to look forward to in the coming weeks. With that being said, make sure you check back in a few weeks as I canā€™t wait to share more about these events as the season continues.
